Access Management has an established training facility in Balcatta, Perth to train personnel to the IRATA standard. The facility has been set up with the specific requirements of industry, both onshore and offshore, utilising pipe work, hatches, vessel entry and exposed steelwork. The facility imitates the scenarios a rope access technician will come across in the course of work in a challenging industrial environment.

As a full member (Operating and Training Company) of IRATA, Access Management is accredited to train Rope Access Technicians for operations at all levels within the IRATA system.

Additionally, the company is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offer courses including:
